How Can severe Stomach Pain Be Treated?

i would like to know why am i having severe stomach it has been going on for a week , cant eat and getting annoyed, have been yo hospital, utra sounds, and ecdscpoy and tolsd that liver ok even thou ulta sound showed fatty tissue , i need to find answers, do i have to go to different doctors for different organs to be checked

as per information shared, most of the reports are normal..it can be pain of gastritis..start with any ppi such as rabeprazole once daily empty stomach in morning..avoid fried stuff and avoid excessive tea or coffee..drink lots of water..
